About the seller
Luminant is operated by Luminant.watch, registered in the Netherlands. Our registered address, KvK number and VAT identification are available in Business information. For questions, email alex@luminant.watch.
Products are not available at the studio address. We operate online and do not offer in-person try-ons or collection.
Our products
Luminant Studio offers selected vintage and pre-loved watches. Photographs show the actual watch offered. Read the individual description, measurements, condition notes and included accessories before ordering. Approximate dating and measurements are labelled as such. Items marked “Sold” are unavailable to purchase.
Luminant Prints offers original watch illustrations printed to order on matte paper. Each product page states the size, paper and artwork version. Frames are not included unless expressly stated. Prints may ship separately from watches. Printing to order does not remove the cancellation rights described in our Returns and refunds policy.
Vintage watches can show surface marks, tarnishing and wear to gold plating where present. Water resistance must not be assumed from a watch’s original specification; rely on any current testing expressly stated in the listing.
Prices and orders
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges and the final amount payable are displayed before you complete checkout. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Your order confirmation records the products, price and delivery details. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you promptly and refund payments due for that item. We will not substitute a different watch without your agreement.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping policy explains destinations, costs and timing. Our Returns and refunds policy explains the 14-day consumer cancellation period, the return process and refunds. These policies form part of your purchase terms.
Product rights and complaints
Your statutory rights to a product that meets reasonable expectations apply to second-hand goods. The watch’s age, description, price and disclosed condition are relevant to those expectations. Vintage status and the absence of an original manufacturer warranty do not remove your statutory rights.
For a problem with an order, contact alex@luminant.watch with your order number and a description of the issue. Any photos you can provide may help us understand it. Where required by law, we will arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Privacy and website content
Our Privacy policy explains how personal data is handled. Luminant’s original photography and editorial content may not be reused commercially without permission. Brand names identify the products and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law applicable to them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
