Shipping

We ship internationally to destinations available at checkout. If your country is not listed, email alex@luminant.watch and we will check the available options.

Dispatch and delivery costs

Watch orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the Netherlands.

Shipping charges vary by destination and are shown before you pay at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the courier and destination and are separate from our dispatch time. Customs checks can extend international delivery times.

Prints made to order

Prints are produced and dispatched by our print partner. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping, excluding the day of ordering; this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed dispatch date. Transit time is additional and varies by destination. We send delivery updates when your prints are dispatched.

Prints ship separately from watches. If your order contains both, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times, and checkout may combine the delivery charges for the two shipments. Our insured courier service applies to watches; prints use standard print delivery.

Tracked, insured watch delivery

Watches are sent by tracked courier with insurance appropriate to the value of the order. The carrier may vary by destination and available service. We email your tracking details after dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact alex@luminant.watch. We will investigate with the courier. Responsibility for the goods normally remains with Luminant until you or your nominated recipient takes possession.

Orders outside the EU

Import duties, local taxes and courier clearance fees are not included in our shipping charges or product prices and are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly collected at checkout. Any charges payable on arrival are determined by the destination’s authorities and courier. We declare the actual contents and transaction value of the shipment.

No collection or try-ons

Products are not available at the studio address. We do not offer in-person try-ons or collection. All orders are delivered by courier.
